Halong Bay

    Have you looked at local garage sales? Also, there should be some retailers in your area. You may be able to get it, and have a friend bring it to you for your surprise. Try the list of New Jersey canoe & kayak dealers below, and see what they have in their used boats inventory. You should be able to get a basic boat for under $400.00

    Boats like the Pungo Classic from Wilderness Systems are great for exploring flat water, and stable enough to fish from too.
