well a woman that age should pace herself, do mild workouts but do them everyday or so…if youre not in good medical conditions to be doing serious workouts you should do maybe yoga…yoga really is a helpfull thing. or try some medium cardio workouts..i love them..that includes jumping rope..going up and down stairs..etc…well i hope i hepled alittle!..buh bye!!!!
